f8 began as a search for the ultimate fixed ride through the rough streets of San Francisco. Simplicity and durability were paramount. Designing a bullet-proof bike became an obsession.

The obsession paid off. f8 became the first to offer a belt drive fixed gear, in titanium no less. A bicycle rethought, with a design that lets you focus on riding and nothing else.

The obsession continues with a focus on the little things that make a big difference. We offer extras like custom keyed bolts to prevent your bike from being parted out. (The Mission can be particularly tough.) With our system, you can lock your bike up the old-fashioned way–a single lock on the frame, wiithout having to lock the wheels.

Using exotic materials, tried and true technologies, and a simplified design, our bikes are built to be ridden.
